In the GrowinBizKids GrowinUP Experience students learn the importance of thinking big and creating definite plans for children to reach their particular goals and desires. The course is designed for Children ages 8-18 learn the fine points of running a successful business and receive valuable and inspiring information about what it takes to be successful through GrowinBizKids programs and books. The nature of the business encourages community involvement and events to take place in venues throughout the community, as well as in local schools; while teaching children about self confidence and entrepreneurship. Students work as teams to accomplish specific tasks that they construct for themselves. They then follow their list of tasks to reach their specific set of goals that they created. Children enjoy sharing their ideas, beliefs, and experiences to solve problems they encounter while running their fundraising events. "What I Want To Be When I Grow Up, Stars Night Out" or " Want to Be When I Grow Up Red carpet party event" takes place at the end of the program and offers the children an exciting way to celebrate their past, present, and future accomplishments.
